Silver contact welding operation

Because the mold sleeve is graphite material, it must be lighter, in the welding process, the silver liquid is simply flowing out under the mold sleeve.
2, the beginning of the welding operation, first sprinkle some flux on the silver contact, and heat the copper plate below the silver contact, when the copper plate temperature reaches about 400℃, turn to heat the silver contact surface, when the silver contact surface wrinkles immediately with the silver welding wire stained with flux to the surface of the contact.
Make the welding wire and the silver contact melt at the same time, slowly melt into one, and gradually fill the welding until it is higher than the mold cover, and remove the mold cover after cooling and repair and smooth, the welding repair of this damaged silver contact is completed, and then proceed to the next welding repair.
