7, static contact sheet materials and characteristics, there are three kinds of static contact sheet materials:

After aging treatment, the hardness of the imported beryllium bronze static contact sheet can reach 400HV, which has the highest hardness and the best elasticity. After testing, we fixed the M4 connection screw end tightly, and used the cylinder with a 30kg force of 2.5mm at the center of the static silver contact to reset. After repeated action of 100,000 times, the working surface of the static contact sheet was only raised by 0.1mm, which is almost negligible. It can be said that there is no deformation after 100,000 times of work, and the change in the size of only one hair will not affect the starting water pressure, which fully ensures the service life, and there will be absolutely no phenomenon of starting water pressure getting larger and larger and eventually no electricity.
The second: Extra hard 1.4mm thick thickened brass, the thickness is 40% thicker than the conventional 1mm thickness on the market, the hardness is 130HV, 50% harder than the 85HV on the market, two reinforcing bars are made on both sides of the M3 adjusting screw hole of the static contact plate, and the bending strength is 30% higher than that without reinforcing bars. The above points fully ensure that the static contact sheet will not be deformed, upwarped and bent during use, and there will be no phenomenon of starting water pressure becoming larger and larger and eventually no electricity;
The third: Extra hard 1.2mm thick and thick brass, the thickness is 20% thicker than the conventional 1mm thickness in the market, and the hardness is 130HV, 50% harder than the 85HV in the market.
